Una vez hubo una reina inca
Ella miró su reloj de sol
Alrededor de ella sus trabajadores alzaron Ídolos de oro a su sonrisa
Los años de espera los podías ver fácilmente
Detrás de las lágrimas de mercurio.
Ella hablaba de plata del cielo
Y de muchas naves de seguridad flotantes,
Para recogerlas cuando volaran por encima de
sus sueños y esperanzas
Y una ciudad de montaña ellos Levantaron
Desde donde su reina las nubes pudiera observar sobre las nubes.

En la selva se escucharon los tambores:
